Large Projects - Commercial and Industrial

Large Project Profiles
Over the past 29 years Logan City Electrical has completed a vast and diversified range of major projects, ranging from small office fitouts to large commercial projects to the value of $35 Million dollars.
We have considerable experience in the applications of the latest Project Management techniques for major electrical installations.
The Project Management teams are set up to commensurate with the scope and complexity of the project in hand. These teams are headed by our General Manager, Mr.Damian Druery who assumes full responsibility for successfully carrying out all facets of the project, from the setting up of the project site team through to the final handing over of the completed project.
The special requirements of each project are recognized and the appropriate financial, technical and human resources are allocated to the project to ensure that the complete requirements of the client are met.  Close liaison between parties is maintained by Damian who, in turn, relays those requirements to the site Project Management Team.
Site project team’s size and organization vary with the nature of the project.  All Logan City Electrical site organizations are established to give complete coverage of areas such as Site Management, purchasing of materials, work measurement, planning and scheduling, safety, industrial relations and client/builder liaison.
Our Project Managers have complete autonomy with regard to their projects.  All materials are ordered direct from site and all correspondence and communications are initiated on site, guaranteeing our clients an efficient administrative structure, and ensuring direct problem-solving avenues.
